Shipping policy

We ship across the United Kingdom and internationally. All orders are dispatched in discreet, secure packaging with tracking.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
UK Delivery
Standard UK delivery is free on all orders, with no minimum spend, and typically arrives within 3–5 working days. A paid express (signed & tracked) service is available at checkout for faster delivery, typically within 1–2 working days.
International Delivery
We ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Estimated delivery times are 5–7 working days for Europe and 7–14 working days for the rest of the world. Any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price paid at checkout.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Estimates & Delays
All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or other events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
Please inspect your order on receipt and contact us immediately if it arrives damaged or if there is any issue with your delivery, so that we can put it right.
