Orders placed before 2pm GMT (Monday-Friday) are dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends are dispatched the next business day.

You'll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

All orders are shipped with tracking. You'll receive:

• Dispatch confirmation email with tracking number
• Delivery updates via email
• Ability to track at any time via the carrier website

We use Royal Mail for standard delivery and DPD for express delivery.

We currently ship to UK addresses only.
