Returns & Exchanges

1. Email us at returns@heavylies.co.uk with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll send you a prepaid return label via email
3. Pack your item securely in its original packaging
4. Drop off at your nearest Royal Mail location
5. Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receipt

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn - No signs of wear or use
• Original condition - Tags attached, no damage
• Original packaging - Box and pouch included
• Within 30 days - From delivery date

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items showing signs of wear
• Items without original packaging
• Personalised or engraved items
• Sale items (exchange only)
• Items returned after 30 days

Fastest method: Return for refund and place a new order.

Direct exchange: Email us at returns@heavylies.co.uk and we'll arrange an exchange. Note: this may take longer than a new order.

Received a damaged or defective item? We're sorry - this shouldn't happen.

Contact us immediately at support@heavylies.co.uk with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damage
• Brief description of the issue

We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund - your choice. No questions asked.

Refund method: Original payment method

Processing time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return

Shipping costs: Original shipping is non-refundable (unless item was defective)

You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.
